The research provides a numerical and computational analysis of improving heat transfer rate in exchangers employing obstructing geometries such as Circular Ring, Ring with` clearance, Hexagonal ring tabulators with different pitch diameter ratios (PDR). All were evaluated flow obstruction areas 0.3, 0.4, 0.5. Flow area Reynolds number the variables that changed during testing. ratio employed investigation is one. was between 6000 21000. For examination, k--ε technique used this study. use geometry turbulator improves transmission derived from hot surface pipe to air throughout test region substantially. In work, tested designs, circular separated tube wall hexagonal same blockage improve transmission. rings incur lower fluid friction cost than clearance. maximal enhancement (Nut/Nup) for insert 0.6.3 2.28–3.01.
